Greetings, I am an Alumni Graduate of Escoffier culinary pastry arts school. I am an Baker, Caterer and private chef to families that have health challenges. My love for cooking began as a child and later picked back up as an adult. My managerial skills and love for people led me back to my culinary career. Although I love food, my passion is pastry.
Although raised in the Pacific Northwest, my travels have taken me to Las Vegas, and California. My signature desserts stem from the south, southern desserts ie; sweet potato pie, peach cobblers, cheesecakes, pecan pies and pound cakes, just to name a few. Our slogan: “Its what you indulge In”
