Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced print environment? We're looking for a Print Production Specialist to join our team in Puyallup, WA. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality printed materials and enjoys working with both people and machines.

What You’ll Do
As a Print Production Specialist, your work will be essential in bringing creative projects to life. You’ll be responsible for:

• Operating digital printing equipment
• Preparing print files and ensuring print-readiness
• Managing finishing tasks: cutting, binding, folding, laminating, etc.
• Monitoring job quality throughout production
• Maintaining equipment and troubleshooting minor issues
• Collaborating with customer service or design teams to meet project specs and deadlines
• Organizing and packaging completed print jobs for delivery or pickup

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience in print production or a similar environment
• Familiarity with digital printing equipment and finishing tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or RIP software is a plus
• Comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 40 lbs

Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with wide-format printing
• Knowledge of color correction or file setup in Adobe InDesign/Illustrator
