Leadership and Interpersonal Skills Training: Conflict Management
In this workshop, we will explore when conflict is caused by difference in preferences, values, and positions. Each type requires a different approach to resolving the conflict. Learn to detect: Perceptions about conflict. Causes and types of conflicts. Five types of conflicts. Interest versus position conflict. Ways to manage conflict. Motivation for difficult behavior.

Fees/Admission
Registration (including training materials, breaks, and catered lunch) $90. $80 per class if one person attends two or more classes in 2007. When three from your organization enrolls for the same claass, a fourth can attend FREE.
