Economic Development - May

Committee focuses on business retention, workforce development, permits, growth management, technology, industry segments, relevant economic development issues and advocacy. Works to create a business friendly governmental, regulatory and tax climate that assists businesses as they create jobs in East Pierce County. In addition, the committee analyzes and provides input to transportation policies that will build an integrated regional transportation system to move people and goods safely and conveniently through and around East Pierce County?s major corridors and urban centers.
