Part 1 is a prerequisite for Part 2.\n\n\n\nPART 1: SELF-DISCOVERY\n\nSaturday\, Oct. 21\, 2023 | 9:00am - 2:00pm\n\nLeadership begins from within. Become a better leader by looking deeply at your personality and values. Gain tools to lead effectively with emotional intelligence\, empathy\, vulnerability\, peer assessments and more.\n\n\n\nPART 2: LEADING OTHERS\n\nSaturday\, Nov. 18\, 2023 | 9:00am - 2:00pm\n\nLearn about skills needed to lead others and how to develop them\, incorporating tools from Harvard Business School and other experts. Learn how women shape the economy. Improve your skills in a variety of areas\, including public speaking\, negotiation\, and more.\n\n\n\nThis workshop is free and exclusive to Blue Scarf Society members.
