Brenda Morris: Live Your Best Life
Brenda believes that being a role model, motivating and encouraging others equals success for yourself and those around you. She has learned to turn losses into gains and to take risks that have delivered fulfilling rewards and joy in her life. She will share some of her thoughts around key leadership and life philosophies that have led her to a life filled with joy and happiness and an integrated approach to work, life, family, play, leisure, love and fulfillment. Brenda is a Partner at CSuite Financial Partners, where she advises and consults with companies and CEOs on their next chapters. She also coaches individual clients on how they can design their own best lives. Brenda sits on three public company boards (Boot Barn, Duluth Trading Company and Xponential Fitness), three private company boards (Ideal Image, The Better Being Company and iHerb), and the boards of several non-profit organizations.   

Keniah Robinson: The Unexpected Career Path
Adapting to the unexpected twists and turns on your career path isn’t easy, but it can be rewarding! Keniah Robinson was 15 credits shy of a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering when she suddenly found herself on the management track in a global telecommunications corporation. Keniah will share her career journey with us, including the details of how she navigated multiple challenges and surprises along the way. Spoiler alert: She did finish that degree, and she is currently pursuing her MBA while juggling the demands of her position in supply chain senior management at PepsiCo.

Sivi Ancheta: Overcoming Adversity
Raised in professional kitchens by her restaurant-owning parents, Sivi Ancheta always knew she wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps and become a chef. She quickly discovered that she’d have to work five times harder than the men in order to succeed in this male-dominated industry. Sivi has juggled her culinary career with motherhood, she’s managed a kitchen through a pandemic, and without giving too much away, she’s faced some significant health challenges head on. Despite all that, this Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef keeps turning out delicious, scratch-made cuisine in a somewhat unlikely place, transforming a cafe in Puyallup’s beloved Daffodil Bowl into a go-to destination for both healthy cuisine and traditional plates. Did we mention elegant catering options? Fitness meal prep? She has big plans on the horizon, so watch out! This chef-warrior, as we call her, will share her story of overcoming adversity in the industry she was called to at a young age.
