Red Canoe Credit Union has been serving members in the Northwest since 1937, when we were originally chartered for the employees of Weyerhaeuser. We are currently open to anyone in Washington State, and we are a full-service financial institution providing all the services you’d expect, including basic checking and savings, consumer loans, mortgages, and small business products. We have been in Federal Way since July 2005, and are excited to be opening a branch in Puyallup at 16510 Meridian Street East (we share the parking lot with Applebees and Wal-Mart).
On October 3rd and 4th, we are hosting our Grand Opening event at the Puyallup branch. We’re inviting folks in with a one-year 10% Certificate of Deposit (maximum of $1,000), and are offering to drop your current auto loan 2% (with a floor of 4.99% for qualified members). Red Canoe is fully insured with the NCUA, and is an equal housing lender. First Choice Espresso Catering will also be on hand to provide visitors with free lattes.
During our fantastic Grand Opening, we’re pleased to invite the Chamber of Commerce to tour our brand new building. We’ve scheduled a ribbon cutting for 10:00am on Friday the 3rd and would love to meet a bunch of new faces!
