Leadership Institute - Retreat

This required full day session kick starts our Institute. The retreat is a unique

opportunity for area business and civic leaders to gain a deeper understanding of

their decision making and leadership skills, and build their confidence, all while

meeting and learning with a whole new network of local professionals. Participants

will be able to immediately use what they learn from the retreat to set goals

and begin to design plans in preparation for the Institute’s full year of sessions

and hands-on activities. Guest speakers and a dinner reception will round out the

retreat and usher in what is sure to be a year of growth and new connections for

all who participate.
