Schallert to Speak August 13th
Marketing Guru Jon Schallert to Speak in Puyallup
On Wednesday morning, August 13th, destination marketing consultant Jon Schallert will speak to the business community on “Increasing Profits through Branded Marketing.” Jointly offered by the Puyallup Main Street Association and the Puyallup/Sumner Chamber of Commerce, the presentation will run from 8:00AM to 9:30AM at the historic Liberty Theater, 116 W. Main in Downtown Puyallup.
For more than a decade, Jon Schallert has been teaching businesses and communities how to reinvent themselves into consumer destinations. Prior to starting his company, Schallert spent ten years with greeting card giant Hallmark Cards, where his original marketing strategies were publicized throughout the company as "the Schallert Method". As President of The Schallert Group, he speaks to thousands annually on his "Destination Business" principles, which he developed after more than twenty years of on-site consultations with small business owners.
When Jon is not speaking around the country, he conducts his 2½ day Destination Business BootCamps in Colorado. The Puyallup Main Street Association took six Downtown business owners to that BootCamp in May. While in Puyallup, Schallert will also conduct 1-on-1 consultations with those businesses.
The 8:00AM Wednesday morning workshop is open to the public for $20 each. PMSA and Chamber members can attend for $15 each.
