Presented by The Old Cannery Furniture Warehouse, the 2021 Champions of Commerce Gala will be held on February 25, 2022, celebrating excellence among our local businesses and organizations. Awards will be given in a variety of categories.

ABOUT CHAMPIONS OF COMMERCE
In 2019, the Puyallup/Sumner Chamber of Commerce re-vamped its Rising Stars awards program with a new name, new dinner/gala format and new categories, and Champions of Commerce was born! The event debuted in November 2019 with more than 200 people who celebrated, dined and danced with us.

Our 2020 Champions of Commerce became the Celebrate Resilience Awards, as we honored businesses that demonstrated resilience during the pandemic at a modified gala held in February 2021.

With both of those events under our belts, we're gearing up for a bigger, better, more elegant, fun and festive Champions of Commerce, so don't miss out!

Safety & Wellness Guidelines
MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital is the official Safety & Wellness Sponsor of Champions of Commerce. The safety and well-being of our attendees, presenters, staff and our community is our top priority. We are working closely with our Pioneer Park Pavilion to ensure that all attendees have a fun and safe experience.  We will continue to monitor guidelines and mandates and may find it necessary to revise our procedures as the event approaches. If you are considering coming to our Champions of Commerce Gala, please read our health and safety measures below:

• We highly encourage attendees (and all members of our community) to get vaccinated, as the risk of fully vaccinated individuals being infected is significantly reduced. 
• Pending changes in indoor mask mandates, guests and staff are asked to wear masks when they arrive to indoor events and to keep them on unless actively eating or drinking.
• Event staff will wash hands, clean and disinfect frequently.  
• Hand sanitizing will be available.
• Attendance will be limited to a percentage capacity based on guidelines at the time of the event.
• Physical distancing is encouraged wherever possible.
• We encourage attendees to consider at-home testing prior to the event.
• Please do not attend if you feel sick, have COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
