Ms. Thomas joined Wilcox Farms, Inc. (WFI) in April 2008 as the Company’s CEO. For the three years prior to joining WFI, Ms. Thomas owned and managed her own consulting firm, Thomas Consulting, which specialized in executive and successor coaching. From 1999 to 2005 Ms. Thomas held the position of Executive Director and Administrator at the law firm of Gordon, Thomas, Honeywell, Malanca, Peterson and Daheim, LLP, which has offices in Tacoma and Seattle staffed with sixty-five (65) practicing attorneys plus supporting personnel.
